Process
From concept to installation.
Concept and brief
We define the purpose, the message and the experience the stand has to communicate, together with the floor area, budget and fair calendar.
Spatial design
We develop the layout, circulation, materials, lighting and graphic integration.
Production and installation
In general, projects are carried out with specialist suppliers and contractors that we coordinate. Each proposal defines how production, build-up and installation will be organised.
Getting started
What we need to start.
- The fair, its dates and the venue.
- The stand area and its position in the hall, if already assigned.
- The goal of the stand: what you want to present, and to whom.
- An indicative budget and the project timeline.
- Your brand identity and the materials available.
- The official exhibitor manual of the fair, if you already have it.

How much does stand design cost?
It depends on the floor area, the fair, the materials and the scope: design only, or design with production and installation. We work from a proposal. Tell us the fair, dates, stand size and scope, and we will outline an estimate.
How far in advance should we start?
As early as possible, because design, production and venue deadlines have to fit together. Each fair sets its own deadlines in its official exhibitor manual, which is the first thing we check.
